Our Social Responsibility Policy

As Öztaş Ambalaj, we aim to continue our activities with our employees, customers and suppliers in accordance with the requirements of the age, honesty and trust. With the awareness of society, we present our company policy to all our business partners in our production facility, primarily work in accordance with our laws, production procedures and social standards of our customers, and invite them to be a partner in this understanding.

Our company policy includes the following criteria;
» Working age is as determined by law, child labor is not allowed and supported.
» The company does not employ its employees under any pressure. All employees are employed in appropriate positions with their own consent under equal conditions.
» It fulfills the legal requirements for the health and safety of all its employees, takes the necessary measures to prevent all health and safety risks of the personnel, and provides occupational health and safety by supporting their development with training opportunities.
» The working environment of our employees is adequately equipped, and every opportunity is provided for them to meet their basic needs in hygienic conditions.
» Our employees are free to form collective agreements and unions, as they have all kinds of freedom.
» Our employees have the freedom of thought and belief, and no one is discriminated against in terms of language, religion, race, gender, social class, age and union membership.
» It arranges its working hours as prescribed by law, does not regularly work overtime and gives its employees one day off per week.
» Wage policy is evaluated according to the knowledge and skills of our employees and no payment is made below the minimum wage.
» Our employees report their requests and complaints to the management through worker representatives, and the solutions to these issues are analyzed and finalized by the management.
» None of our employees are disciplined by physical or material discipline rules, and the development of our employees is ensured through trainings and instructions.
» It fulfills its social responsibility against environmental pollution and the protection of nature and raises awareness of its employees on this issue.
» It takes all the criteria in the company policy under control with social management and quality management systems and manages it with a modern management system, and aims to continue its activities together with all its suppliers and business partners.
